Owner – Builder’s can now save as much as Twenty Percent of construction costs. Build-1™ offers various Custom Home Building Consulting and Project Management Packages that allow the Home Owner – Builder to take charge and control their project. We empower the Owner – Builder by providing them with the knowledge, resources and guidance necessary to build the home of their dreams.
Using our unique Owner – Builder Package we can:
- Provide guidance and support as a means to navigate the residential design/build process from planning to occupancy
- Give you, the owner – builder, the freedom to choose what works for you! It could be you prefer a ready-made stock plan, or perhaps work with a residential designer of your choice. You may simply choose to collaborate with one of our recommended architects and allow them to provide drawings for you
Build-1™ becomes the builder of record and acts as a project consultant using three optional consulting package platforms. In each of our models as an owner – builder you are responsible for all project financing; thus securing your investment. Of course, or team is available to walk you through the lending process, while making recommendations.
- Level I – Build-1™ handles the entire project for you at standard builder rates. Even if you choose Level 1, Build-1™ can demonstrate to you how you can save money while securing your investment
- Level II – Build-1™ acts as a project consultant providing you with all essential tools necessary for you to participate as an owner – builder. Our staff provides continual assistance and offers bi-monthly site visits and consultations, at discounted builder rates
- Level III – Build-1™ acts as a project consultant providing you with all essential tools necessary for you to participate as an owner – builder. Our staff offers limited assistance and monthly site visits, at heavily discounted rates
