Jeff Gaines, ms. President

Jeff has been in or around construction related industry for over thirty-five years. In addition to providing home-building consulting services he has personally financed and constructed multiple projects over the last twenty years. Although Jeff has many successful small business interests, his passion remains directed at assisting individuals toward achieving success. This philosophy carries forward throughout his Build-1™ organization. His goal is to guide individuals toward securing their most precious asset, while building the home of their dreams, and all for less.

Jeff has over thirty years of business management experience in multiple industry sectors. He has held executive management positions and has accumulated multiple entrepreneurial achievements. Jeff received his Bachelors of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix and his Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Harold Able School of Psychology at Capella.
